Re-Enrollment for Returning CHILDREN

If you are a returning family wishing to re-enroll your child for the next term, full year program, or summer camp please complete the form below. If you are enrolling a different child than one previously enrolled, you will need to complete the “new child enrollment” form. Tuition payments may be made on the link below or on the pay/donate page.

If you wish to return for multiple sessions (ie Summer Camp and Fall Term), you will need to submit this form multiple times.

Select the session (trimester/year/camp) of your attendance. If planning to attend all 3 trimester sessions, please select "All" with designated session and receive 15% discount IF tuition is paid in full by August 20, 2023. Tuition is due prior to the commencement date of the session. Your child's space will not be guaranteed if tuition is not paid prior to commencement date of the session *

NOTES: Change in days/week request or if Summer Camp, please indicate weeks of attendance (and if all 4 weeks, number of days per week). Please also include if a sibling under 5 will be attending. See below for Options

Options: 4 weeks/5, 3 or 2 days per week - please specify (runs June 3-28), Week 1: 5 days ( runs June 3-7), Week 2: 5 days (runs June 10-14), Week 3: 4 days (runs June 17-21 excluding 19), Week 4: 5 days (runs June 24-28)
